Founder of Changes of Heart
Sandra Couts, founder of Changes of Heart, is a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist, Intuitive Counselor, Certified Full Wave Breathing Facilitator and a Certified Parent Coach. She integrates her background in psychiatric nursing and transpersonal psychology to assist people in making positive and lasting changes in their lives. Her training in mind body techniques supports people in living successful, fun and meaningful lives according to their goals and visions. She values free thinking, creative solutions, and spiritual insights. Sandra uses her innate intuitive abilities and her skills as a writer, speaker and intuitive counselor to empower others to understand and embrace their life’s journey from a place of respect, wisdom, and acceptance.
