THE HEALER WITHIN

The Healer Within is a course developed through Changes of Heart to teach people how to use their intuitive abilities in working with sound, color, and energy to bring the body into balance. Using the combination of information, interactive exercises, and hands-on-healing opportunities, participants are provided with techniques to discover and work with the healer within them. Emphasis is placed on understanding physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances from a holistic perspective in order to support all levels of healing.

 

ENHANCING YOUR LIFE THROUGH FULL WAVE BREATHING™
Full Wave Breathing, developed by Doctors Tom and Caron Goode, founders of the International Breath Institute, is an effective breathing technique that fully engages the diaphragm to distribute oxygen to all parts of the body. A highly oxygenated body gives you more energy, a clear connection with your emotions and a sense of peace and well-being.

Objectives of workshop

  • To learn the techniques of Full Wave Breathing
  • To learn how to incorporate the concept of intention into Full Wave Breathing and into your life
  • To experience a sense of peace and joy
  • To connect with yourself on new levels through the breath

 

GETTING TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER
This workshop is based on a handbook written by Sandra Couts and Rebecca Woulfe, titled, Getting to the Heart of the Matter. The authors believe that the ways of the heart matter, that each person matters, and that how you or anyone else chooses to live his or her life matters. The purpose of the workshop is to provide techniques and tools that will assist you in finding new ways to connect from your heart with your self and with others.

This workshop is based on a handbook written by Sandra Couts and Rebecca Woulfe, titled, Practical and Positive Ways of Living Life for You. The authors believe that many people live their life according to someone else’s idea of what life is. The purpose of this workshop is not to tell you who you are or who you “should be” but rather to assist you in learning to trust yourself and your insights. The authors define this as an alignment with your self that supports you in walking the path of the heart. The exercises you will experience in this workshop are designed to show you that you can trust your self and that you do know what is best for you. The result is a way of living that allows you to take ordinary, everyday situations and find the extraordinary meaning in them. You learn to live life for you.
