Full Wave Breathing, developed by Doctors Tom and Caron Goode, founders
of the International Breath Institute, is an effective breathing technique

This workshop is based on a handbook written by Sandra Couts and Rebecca
Woulfe, titled, Getting to the Heart of the Matter. The authors believe
that the ways of the heart matter, that each person matters, and that
how you or anyone else chooses to live his or her life matters. The purpose
of the workshop is to provide techniques and tools that will assist you
in finding new ways to connect from your heart with your self and with
others.

to assist you in learning to trust yourself and your insights. The authors
define this as an alignment with your self that supports you in walking
the path of the heart. The exercises you will experience in this workshop
are designed to show you that you can trust your self and that you do
know what is best for you. The result is a way of living that allows you
to take ordinary, everyday situations and find the extraordinary meaning
in them. You learn to live life for you.
